Safety Solutions exists because the binders weren't working. We started as supervisors and safety leads on real worksites — the kind of jobs where you find out fast which programs actually keep people safe and which ones just keep auditors busy.
Today we deliver OSHA-authorized training, build permit-required programs, and embed safety pros directly on customer projects across South Dakota and the upper Midwest.

Tony Drovdal
Founder & Lead Safety Consultant
Tony Drovdal is a retired Sioux Falls Fire Captain and Emergency Medical Technician. He has been involved in public safety and training first responders and civilians in all aspects of safe work operations since the early nineties.
Tony holds multiple certifications relevant to public safety and to occupational health and safety in private industry. He has taught classes for many years in most aspects of the three main OSHA categories relevant to this region — Agriculture, General Industry, and Construction.
Tony has acted as the “safety department” for companies in start-up or growth mode that can't afford a full-time safety person, and for those that simply don't know which regulations apply to them.

OSHA-authorized General Industry and Construction outreach trainers · ASHI/MEDIC FIRST AID instructors · Competent-person credentials in fall protection, excavation, and confined spaces.
