Dangerous or stable?A short inspection answers it.

If your facility has forklifts, the chances are pretty good that you also have damaged pallet racking. We provide on-site inspections of your selective racking system — exact measurements, damage assessment reports with photos, and recommendations for safe, compliant and profitable operation.

Why it matters

There's enormous liability in guessing wrong.

Catastrophic collapse is incredibly dangerous, costly, and can put a stop to your operation on a long-term basis. A short inspection answers the question with certainty — and gives you a documented basis for repair, replacement, or continued service.

Worker safety

Collapses cause life-threatening injuries. An inspection catches issues before they reach that point.

Operational continuity

A failure halts receiving, picking and shipping for days — sometimes weeks.

Capacity confidence

Know what each row can hold so racking isn't quietly overloaded shift after shift.

Documented record

A written report with photos satisfies insurer, OSHA and customer-audit requests.

"If forklifts run in your facility, your racking has been hit."

The question isn't whether there's damage — it's whether the damage you have is still within tolerance.

What we inspect

Every component, measured to spec.

Measurements are made to exact specifications and compared against the published standards for your racking type. Nothing eyeballed.

Upright frames, columns and base plates
Beam connections, safety clips and pins
Anchor bolts and floor attachment
Cross-bracing and diagonal members
Row spacers and wall ties
Wire decking, pallet supports and accessories
Load capacity signage and labeling
Aisle clearances and flue spaces

What we look for

The damage you can see — and the damage you can't.

Some racking damage is obvious. Most of it isn't until you put a level on the column or check the deflection on a loaded beam. We document every condition that affects capacity or stability.

Forklift impact damage to uprights
Bent, twisted or deflected beams
Missing or loose safety pins
Out-of-plumb columns beyond tolerance
Cracked welds and rust corrosion
Unauthorized field modifications
